Mon: (150lbs) 62 min solo on roads in New Jersery, very slow 8 min pace, 10 min bike ride. Corework, upper body weights Tues: (149 lbs) 7 mile morning run, 25 min warmup, 6 x 4 min ~ 5min pace, 2 min easy, 25 min cooldown. Ran w/ Phil, Cookie all on grass. Felt kinda crappy from flight and work was stressful. 20 miles for the day. Leg weights Wed: (150 lbs) 8 miles real easy w/ Bowerman Athletic Club guys, 10 min bike ride, 2 set plyo's Thurs: (149 lbs) 7 mile morning run, 25 min warmup, 3:30 min hard, then 12 x 1 min uphills, 25 min cooldown, at Forest Park, solo. Felt tired again Corework, upper body weights. 19 miles for day. Friday: (148 lbs) 7 miles real slow at lunch w/ BAC guys, 2 sets of plyo's, leg weights Sat: (147 lbs) 11 miles at Forest Park w/ Phil, Cookie, Joey, Paul in 1:18, upper body weights, 10 min bike, corework Sun: 19 miles w/ Paul in 2:00 even at Forest Park, miles 14, 15 were 5:32 and 5:10. 6 x striders 92miles overall. Decent week, got all the little stuff in, work was stressful though. We have a lot of studies coming into the lab. Need to get weight down
